How far in advance should I book?
All packages include venue access, basic furniture, standard lighting, and event coordination. Premium packages include additional amenities like enhanced catering, professional photography, and dedicated concierge services.
What is included in the venue booking?
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for optimal availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.
Can I customize my catering menu?
Absolutely! Our culinary team works with you to create a customized menu that reflects your preferences and dietary requirements. All packages allow for menu modifications.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 90+ days before the event receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 30-89 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
Do you provide event planning services?
Yes! All our packages include event coordination, and our Silver and Gold packages feature dedicated event managers who will work with you throughout the entire planning process.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we provide complimentary valet parking for all guests. Our facilities include secure parking areas that can accommodate large events.
